Team building is an effective way for company employees to interact and build a cohesive team. It represents complex events in the form of corporate games and competitions, outdoor activities.
Each team receives a set of materials: white paper, newspapers, magazines, promotional materials, colored papers, markers etc. Each team compiles a vision board about their company using these materials, where they describe their vision of the past, present and future of the firm.
The program is intended for teams of 15 - 100 people. The time for preparing of the presentation is 1 hour. The presentation lasts from 5 - 10 minutes per team.
Company management determines the winners.
Before the game, participants receive different amounts of points they can use to purchase materials for their vision board in a «kahoot» quiz (40 min).
1. Leonardo's Bridge The game is designed for four smaller teams. The goal of the game is for the teams to build a bridge without a single screw or a tool.
2. Labyrinth The goal of the game is to get the ball to the hole, while the maze must be held and balanced with only one hand of each player.
3. Ring toss The goal of the game is to throw the rings and successfully land them on the figure.
4. Jenga (height 80 - 160 cm) The goal of the game is to build as big of a tower as possible. The game is intended for small number of players.
5. Cornwall Purpose of the game: throw a bag of grain from a distance of 5 meters into a hole located on a tilted board (the playing field). Invented in the 15th century, the game is very exciting, challenging and gives great pleasure to players of all ages!
It's a fun alternative to football, where part of the team holds a stretched field in their hands, and the players throw balls into the goal with their hands wearing special gloves. However, the players cannot move their body, since everyone is in their own hole.
32-40 people participate. Players are divided into those who are in the field and those who hold the field.
The match lasts 2 sets of 5 minutes each.
After the end of two set, players and holders rotate places.
The presenter leads and comments on the game, and he also takes on the role of a referee.
This is a spectacular team building competition where teams work together to create racing cars and then participate in a race. The game is suitable for outdoor and indoor events (large sports centers).
Participants are divided into teams of 7-15 people. Each team receives the necessary materials to assemble a racing car. The amount of material obtained to build a car depends on the number of points previously achieved in the quiz.
The car must not only surprise with its creative design, but also prove that it is the fastest.
In the final, the winners will receive champagne, trophies and medals!
The program is suitable for people of all fitness levels and ages.
This program is based on engineering team building, during which teams will design and assemble real catapults to hit targets relevant to the company.
Participants are offered photos of catapults and instruction, all the necessary materials and tools. Using available materials, the team must create catapult that work well.
One half of the team launches the balls from the construction. The task is to catch as many balls as possible in the basket. The launch phase largely depends on the first phase - the assembly, because the better the team and the catapult coordinate, the more balls you can collect.
The third phase of team building:
Open shooting at a cardboard wall or targets, consisting of current company problems, for example: competition, patterns, lack of motivation, etc.
Food Truck Festival is an engineering and gastronomy team building event.
The goal of the game: to create a fast food restaurant on wheels, develop an advertising campaign for the restaurant and become the most successful company at the street food festival.
Each team receives building materials to build the restaurant. The second part of the team comes up with the design of the facility, the third part of the team prepares the advertising campaign, while the fourth prepares the food...
Customers should be attracted by an advertising campaign and the price of food. After the competition, the judge calculates the earnings of each restaurant and decides which team created the most successful business on wheels.
The game is suitable for groups: from 30 to 300 people
An exciting creative and active team building game, where you have to build a raft, get the best marks for its design and win the race!
Participants are divided into teams. The crew of one raft can be 6 people from the team, the others support the participants from the shore.
Before starting construction, participants receive materials. Building the raft is only half the tournament.
Each raft must have a name and a concept, and the ship's crew must have a team song - or better yet, a dance!
Each team comes up with a ship design using their creativity and developing communication within the team.
The jury evaluates the rafts, taking into account several parameters: structural stability, appearance, image. The main test is, of course, lowering the raft and going down the river.
Participants are invited to participate in the Great Mammoth Hunt. However, they must first get the equipment necessary for hunting and learn how to use it, as well as pass a series of tests.
The tests are designed in such a way that you cannot solve them alone — the cooperation of all team members is required.
Participants join teams and, accompanied by Hunters, prepare for the Great Hunt: learn to throw spears and shoot arrows, make fire, learn dances and rituals, cook magical potions, etc.
Finally a trumpet blast is heard and a MAMMOTH appears from among the trees! After a successful hunt, participants roast meat and drink mulled wine.
