The project focuses on planting 500,000 trees in Surčin, located 20 km from Belgrade, which will increase the city's total forested area by 14%. This initiative will significantly contribute to improving air quality, preserving biodiversity, and creating a healthier environment for future generations.

Participants will actively engage in tree planting, land preparation, and ecosystem restoration using oak and ash seedlings. The project is carried out under the patronage of the Surčin Municipality, ensuring essential logistical and organizational support.

For companies joining the initiative, this project offers multiple benefits. Each company will receive an official participation certificate with GPS coordinates of the planted trees, serving as confirmation of their contribution to environmental protection. Additionally, participation in the project strengthens corporate social responsibility (CSR) and fosters team spirit through meaningful and impactful activities.

Fashion swap

Year-round
The culture of wearing second-hand clothing in Serbia is not widely spread, even though the fashion industry is the second-largest environmental polluter. Our initiative helps employees transition to sustainable consumption, strengthening team spirit and social responsibility. 

At the beginning of the day, participants bring 1–5 pieces of clothing and receive coupons for each item. They then exchange them for new pieces from their colleagues. Any remaining clothes are donated to charity or recycled. 

The event is organized in the format of a cocktail party, with music and a relaxed atmosphere. Employees socialize, share stories, and contribute to environmental and humanitarian goals. 
This initiative is not just about fashion, but about making positive changes!

Special nature reserve “Obedska Bara”

Year-round
Obedska Bara Special Nature Reserve, located about 40 km from Belgrade, is one of the oldest natural reserves in Europe and an important wetland ecosystem in Serbia. It provides a refuge for rare and endangered species, such as the griffon vulture, black stork, and European pond turtle, as well as various fish populations.
To preserve this area, activities will be organized, such as marshland cleanup, removal of invasive tree species* to restore wet meadows as feeding grounds for wetland birds, and repairs or replacements of damaged educational infrastructure (signposts, informational billboards, benches, etc.). These activities aim to preserve biodiversity and improve conditions for wildlife and environmental education.

An invasive tree species is a tree that has been introduced into an existing ecosystem (intentionally or accidentally) and has begun to spread rapidly, outcompeting native plants. These species have no natural predators, reproduce quickly, and disrupt the ecological balance.

Veliko Ratno Ostrvo

Veliko Ratno Ostrvo (Great War Island), located at the confluence of the Sava and Danube rivers in Belgrade, is a significant natural oasis and bird sanctuary in the urban environment. The island is home to numerous bird species, including herons, cormorants, and kingfishers, and also plays a crucial role in flood protection and biodiversity preservation.

The island cleanup event will involve two groups of volunteers: one group will remove waste from the land, and the other will clean the water from boats. The event will be held under the supervision of qualified instructors who will ensure the safety of all participants. By participating in this action, volunteers will contribute to preserving this unique natural space in the heart of Belgrade.

Podavalske Lakes

The Podavalska Lakes, located about 30 km from Belgrade between the Avala and Košmaj mountains, are a series of artificial water bodies surrounded by mixed forests of deciduous and coniferous trees. The lakes are home to various fish species, including carp, crucian carp, and catfish, making them a popular spot for anglers.
The ecological action will focus on cleaning the shorelines from waste, removing invasive tree species to restore riparian meadows, and repairing or replacing damaged infrastructure used for educational purposes. These activities will help preserve biodiversity and improve conditions for both wildlife and ecological education.

NOVI SAD

Koviljsko-Petrovaradinski Wetland

Koviljsko-Petrovaradinski Wetland, located about 20 km from Novi Sad, is a special nature reserve along the Danube River, covering approximately 5,895 hectares of wetland, forests, and channels. This reserve is home to over 200 species of birds, including the rare white-tailed eagle and black stork, as well as 24 species of fish.

To preserve this unique ecosystem, activities will be carried out to clean the wetlands, remove invasive tree species to restore wet meadows as feeding grounds for waterfowl, set up protective barriers to limit access to especially sensitive areas, and repair or replace damaged educational infrastructure. These measures will help preserve biodiversity and improve conditions for wildlife as well as environmental education.

Building, Repair, and installation of feeders for wild animals and birds

Year-round
The goal of the project is to create comfortable conditions for wildlife in forest ecosystems by installing specialized feeders for deer and moose, as well as birdhouses for forest birds. These measures are aimed at supporting the local fauna, especially during the winter period when food availability is limited.
The project also includes the restoration and repair of observation towers, which are intended for use by environmental protection experts.

The project can be implemented at the following locations in Serbia: Fruška Gora, Koviljsko-Petrovaradinski Rit, and Obedska Bara.

Ecological clean-up action in Fruška Gora national park

Year-round
Fruska Gora National Park, the oldest national park in Serbia, represents a unique biodiversity zone, home to over 1,500 species of plants and many protected animals, making it the most important forested area in the country.

Located about 20 km from Novi Sad, it will host an ecological clean-up action aimed at preserving the park's ecosystem. Volunteers will be engaged in cleaning trails, forests, and picnic areas.

The action will be led by certified forestry engineers, who will select the most critical areas for cleaning. Participants will have the opportunity to contribute to nature conservation while enjoying the beauty of Fruska Gora. As a token of gratitude, all volunteers will receive official letters of appreciation from the national park management and local authorities.
