Attendees arrive
For 6 p.m., we will prepare a welcome cocktail so that the attendees can have a few bites before the culinary workshop to avoid feeling hungry. The waiters will serve welcome drinks to the sound of relaxing music.

Meeting the chef
After the welcome cocktail the chef enters the room to explain what's ahead and which specialties the team is to prepare, making an intro to the engaging process with lots of culinary discoveries ahead.

Cooking together
The participants receive our trademark aprons and then they are good to start. There's some truly exciting stuff ahead, such as the flambé technique with flame rising up high, making cheese out of milk, or cooking ajvar, a Balkan specialty, which will make a perfect closure to the culinary workshop.

Fine dining
The waiters will carefully and elegantly serve the dishes prepared by your employees. Each participant can try their culinary works and rate the results of teamwork.

Party time
It is possible to host a real party with a DJ, a wine casino or intellectual games. Alternatively, your employees might just enjoy mingling with their colleagues and partners, while being attended to by our caring teams at all times.

CULINARY WORKSHOPS FOR YOUR TEAM

Gifted chefs unveil the secrets of making specialties following authentic recipes.
Balkan cuisine
Guided by an experienced chef, the participants will learn to make traditional Balkan specialties, such as burek, ćevapčići, ajvar, moussaka, and Balkan salads. Dive into the culture and the tastes of the Balkans with this workshop.

Italian pasta
This workshop is dedicated to the art of Italian pasta. The participants will learn to make their own pasta, various sauces, and to serve pasta like real Italian chefs. This workshop is a great way to develop some new skills while enjoying the tastes of Italy.
Sushi and Japanese cuisine
Teams will learn the secrets of making sushi and other Japanese dishes. Not only does this workshop develop new cooking skills but it also helps the participants explore the philosophy behind the Japanese cuisine, which is rooted in harmony and balance.
We have extensive experience in organizing corporate events
Since 2011, we have been organizing events in the Balkans, at the most stunning venues, with a non-conventional approach. For instance, one of our most popular culinary teambuilding games is called the Wine Team Building Activity, complete with the Fundamentals of Sommelier course. The participants pick grapes in a vineyard, make wine, design a label for their very own wine brand, learn to drink wine the right way and to recognize the subtle differences. (The possibility of organizing the Wine Team Building Activity depends on the season.)
