Over two days, on 29th and 30th August 2024, Belgrade became the epicentre of business activity, innovation, and creativity, hosting G GATE CAMP — a large-scale business festival in the affiliate marketing industry. The event brought together industry professionals, including startups, investors, and experts from across the globe.
The festival featured a rich programme that included: - Interactive panels and discussions, where leading speakers shared their experiences and insights on pressing topics in business, technology, and development. - Networking sessions, offering unique opportunities to build new connections and partnerships. - Startup presentations, giving young entrepreneurs a platform to showcase their ideas and receive feedback from seasoned professionals. - Entertainment activities, adding a relaxed and inspiring vibe to the festival atmosphere.
G GATE CAMP highlighted the importance of bringing professionals together to create new opportunities, exchange knowledge, and strengthen international collaboration. The festival became a platform for growth, fresh ideas, and meaningful networking, leaving a significant mark on Belgrade’s business calendar.
Our Contribution to G GATE CAMP
To ensure the successful execution of such a major event, our team promptly and professionally accomplished all the assigned tasks: 1. Venue selection and organisation In a short timeframe, we identified and secured a venue capable of accommodating several thousand attendees, ensuring their comfort and safety. 2. Festival layout creation We developed a detailed map of all festival locations, reflecting the client’s concept of an "American university campus." 3. Concert stage construction A large concert stage was built, fully equipped to host performances by headliners in their full glory. 4. Backstage areas setup Dedicated backstage zones for artists, participants, and event administration were designed and equipped to ensure comfort and efficiency. 5. Conference stage setup A separate stage for daytime conferences and speakers was constructed, equipped with all necessary technical resources. 6. Lounge areas Comfortable lounge areas were created, where guests could relax and enjoy hookahs and cocktails, enhancing the festival’s laid-back vibe. 7. Central bar A stylish bar with a canopy was set up in the venue's centre, becoming a key gathering point for guests and complementing the event’s aesthetics. 8. Entry zone A convenient registration area was organised, complete with storage systems. 9. Food court A spacious food court offered a variety of culinary delights for festival attendees. 10. Chill-out and sports zones Rest and activity areas were designed, including spaces for padel tennis, golf, and pétanque. 11. Festival branding Comprehensive branding of the event was completed, featuring flags, banners, umbrellas, deck chairs, and other branded elements. 12. Catering Food and beverage services were arranged for sponsor booths, participants, and artists, tailored to their expectations. 13. Event management Full management of all processes was provided, from setup and execution to teardown and venue cleanup after the event.

The Church of Saint Sava, one of Serbia's recognizable symbols, is now shining even brighter with its new interior.
In September 2022, Gazprom Neft launched an exhibition about the making of the unique mosaic cladding inside Serbia's main Orthodox Christian church, titled The Soul of Serbia. The exhibition, hosted by the historic cultural center Ruski Dom, was inaugurated by the archpriest of the Church of Saint Sava Bishop Stefan, and the author of the mosaics, Nikolay Mukhin of the Russian Academy of Arts.
This exhibition was also an opportunity to present the virtual 360 tour of the Church of Saint Sava, with a 100% zoom in with a 25-billion-pixel resolution.
ArtEvent is proud to have been one of the contractors which made this great event happen. Our team was responsible for making and installing the exhibition displays and planning the launch.

ROSSOTRUDNICHESTVO "TO RUSSIA FOR KNOWLEDGE"
On November 13 and 14, an education fair of Russian universities was held at the Russian Center оf Science and Culture in Belgrade ("Russian House"). The participants of the exhibition got acquainted with the educational programs of higher education institutions in Russia and were informed about the possibilities for education in Russia for citizens of Serbia.
The educational project "To Russia for Knowledge" is being implemented on the initiative of the Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States Affairs, Compatriots Living Abroad and International Humanitarian Cooperation (Rossotrudnichestvo). The aim of the project is to promote Russian education and achievements of Russian science, as well as to expand cooperation between educational institutions of partner countries.
The fair of Russian universities in Serbia was held with the active support of the Russian Center оf Science and Culture in Belgrade ("Russian House") and the Embassy of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Serbia. The contractor for the organization of the project "To Russia for Knowledge" in Belgrade was the ART EVENT agency.
Educational programs in the most current areas were presented by representatives of leading Russian higher education institutions, including: Moscow University for Industry and Finance "Synergy", North-Caucasus Federal University, Mining University of St. Petersburg, Belgorod state technological universitynamed after V. G. Shukhov, Tyumen State University and others.
During the two days of the fair, they attended public lectures and master classes and participated in a business game on international relations and interstate communications.

A noisy party, a sea of champagne, a retro Gatsby car at the entrance to the house, diamonds, feathers, evening dresses!
The guests were entertained by the Eurovision star singer Manizha, a popular cover band and DJs from the Moscow club "Gipsy". A photo zone, a zone for playing "Mafia" and a stage with professional concert equipment were organized for the guests.
We should also note the sweet table with desserts made in the corporate colors of gold and black.
